Join us for a complimentary yoga class.
It's Queensland Mental Health Week, an annual awareness week that aims to shine a spotlight on individual and community mental health and wellbeing.
Our yoga classes are an authentic style vinyasa flow which connects yoga postures in short flowing sequences. We teach a therapeutic and holistic approach with the goal to create healing and wellbeing in the mind and body.
Leave everything behind and travel light. We'll provide everything you need including Yoga mats and props. No experience is required to attend, we welcome everyone.
