Our yoga classes are an authentic style vinyasa flow which connects hatha yoga postures in short flowing sequences. The yoga we teach is in the tradition of Sri T Krishnamacharya lineage, which is a therapeutic and holistic approach with the goal to create healing and wellbeing in the mind and body.
Leave everything behind and travel light. We provide everything you need including Manduka mats (considered the ultimate yoga mat!) and all props. No experience is required to attend our Yoga classes, we welcome everyone.
Our Classes
Slow Flow Yoga
Upgrade your day with our Slow Flow yoga classes. A slowed down vinyasa class for you to mindfully practice linking postures with breathing techniques to achieve a balanced state of mind and body. Postures are held a little longer and through regular practice you will notice improvements to your balance, strength, flexibility and a positive shift in your state of mind.
Guided by our Yoga Instructors who offer detailed instructions and modifications, this class is suitable for all levels of experience, including first-timers.
Dynamic Flow Yoga
Dive deeper into your practice and feel your body heating up in this free-flowing Vinyasa class. Improve strength through flow and balance your mind with guided relaxation.
Suitable for all levels of experience with variations and modifications provided by our experienced Yoga instructors. We do recommend being comfortable in our Slow Flow class prior to joining this class.
Yin Yoga
Enjoy the therapeutic, healing practice of Yin Yoga. Yin is a traditional yoga practice where postures are practiced on the floor and held statically for an extended period of time ranging from two to five minutes.
Allow your muscles to relax and surrender to gravity. Yin Yoga intends to place a healthy level of stress to the deepest layers of your connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, and fascia), which helps to release tension, improving the health and mobility of your joints.
Yin can also help to remove blockages, assisting with emotional, mental and physical health. No experience is needed.
VinYin
Our 75min VinYin class blends together two styles of yoga, Vinyasa and Yin, into one practice to leave you feeling energised but calm.
Suitable for all levels of experience with variations and modifications provided by our experienced Yoga instructors.
