The first step to starting CGM Studio Pilates is to book in your 60 minute Initial Consult.
During your Initial Consult we will complete a postural analysis, core activation testing, introduce you to the Pilates basics and discuss your specific goals so that moving forward we can tailor a perfect Pilates program just for you.
Depending on your needs we may then recommend Privates 1:1 Pilates sessions, or you Instructor may recommend you join our Group Classes.
