Whether it’s for chronic conditions, injury rehabilitation, arthritis, neurological conditions, women’s health, athletic development, pre/post natal exercise, or mobility for seniors, our Studio Pilates sessions are suitable for everyone.
Studio Pilates Sessions
Initial Consult
The first step to starting CGM Studio Pilates is to book in your 60 minute Initial Consult.
During your Initial Consult we will complete a postural analysis, core activation testing, introduce you to the Pilates basics and discuss your specific goals so that moving forward we can tailor a perfect Pilates program just for you.
Depending on your needs we may then recommend Privates 1:1 Pilates sessions, or you Instructor may recommend you join our Group Classes.
