Mat Pilates

Our 45 minute mat Pilates classes focus on traditional Pilates floor work and incorporate a range of small props.
Precision is encouraged to challenge your body and your mind to focus on building a strong and stable core. Through regular participation you will enjoy improved co-ordination, posture, strength, flexibility and overall increased mobility. No need to bring a mat, we provide you with a Mat and all the props you need!
While no experience is required, if it’s your first time trying Pilates we recommend starting with our Reformer Introduction class where we teach the fundamentals of Pilates. Due to the dynamic nature of Mat Pilates, it is not suitable for those with injuries or during pregnancy.
