Progressing from one week to the next, this 4-week course teaches the practice of Formal Mindfulness Meditation in a way that is understood, accessible and effective for everyone... even the most fidgety, uncomfortable beginner! Develop the tools and understanding to create a solid foundation, establish a home practice, and deepen your experience.
