It's a new year and we're celebrating by opening our doors for a morning of FREE Pilates & Yoga classes on Saturday the 4th of February. The festive season is over, the kids are back to school, and now it is time for YOU!
Along with free classes all morning, there will be lots of giveaways on the day and some special deals too, so don't miss out because it's going to be lots of fun.
Our beautiful studios are located in Maroochydore, right in the heart of the Sunshine Coast and offers multi zoned facilities including a Reformer Pilates studio, Yoga Shala, Mat Pilates and Barre studio, Private Clinical Pilates studio, Infrared Sauna, plus luxury onsite amenities.
Whether you’ve been wanting to try Pilates and Yoga for ages, or you’re already converted and on the lookout for a welcoming studio with experienced Instructors, this day is open to everyone.
