This is an amazing opportunity for anyone wanting to further their practice, skills, and capabilities upside down, and try something NEW!
Work on building the strength, mobility, skills, and mindset required to hold a handstand and progress to hold shapes.
The sessions will include strength circuits, mobility circuits, and some fun playtime upside-down.
Within a small group setting Abigail will guide you through this gymnastic-based workshop series, once per week over 4 weeks, setting you up to FLY.
Any experiences and all levels are welcome, although this workshop is not recommend for anyone with acute injuries. If you are unsure whether this will be suitable for you give us a call.
