Studio Open Day 2025!
It's a new year, and we're excited to celebrate by offering a morning of FREE Pilates and Yoga classes on Saturday, February 15th. The festive season is behind us, the kids are back in school, so now it's time to focus on YOU!
In addition to free classes all morning, there will be free neck/shoulder massages, plenty of giveaways and special deals, so don’t miss out on the fun!
Our beautiful studios are located in Maroochydore, right in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. We offer multi-zoned facilities, including a Reformer Pilates studio, Yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre studio, a Private Clinical Pilates studio with ALL the equipment (not just reformers), as well as an Infrared Sauna and Massage services. All this with luxury onsite amenities and convenient on-site parking.
Everyone is welcome, whether you are a first-timer, or you’re already a fan and looking for a welcoming studio with experienced instructors, and strong community. Join us for a great day!
