Feel something subtle and intangible but powerful happening in your practice and wonder what it is?
This Winter Wellness workshop will be an introduction to 5 element theory, unpacking the qualities of yin, yang, and Qi. Explore how the interplay of these forces create the 5 elements and how these elements relate to one another and our human experience.
Light informative discussion and visual learning will underscore what will mainly be a juicy 90min Yin practice, embodying the elements within us through tapping into their psycho-emotional qualities and pathways through the body.
