Join us for this monthly event. Slow down and unwind alongside the sounds of live crystal singing bowls, flutes, medicine drums and other sacred instruments.
Guided by CGM Yoga Instructor Gab, and accompanied by guest artist Kristiaan, this healing practice will take you deeper into your Yin yoga practice, and leave you feeling nourished and restored.
No experience is required, everyone is welcome.
