Join CGM Instructor Gab for this Winter Wellness workshop.
During this session dive into the function and form of the hips and learn how one’s individual bone structure affects posture and range of movement. We’ll explore muscles, bones, and joints as well as some of the common imbalances found around the hips and pelvis.
There will be some talking, movement, and experimentation followed by a long deep practice for finding ease and freedom in the hips.
