As we approach January’s full moon, we invite you to slow down and unwind alongside the sounds of live crystal singing bowls, flutes, medicine drums and other sacred instruments.
Guided by CGM Yoga Instructor Gab, and accompanied by guest artist Kristiaan, this healing practice will take you deeper into your Yin yoga practice, and leave you feeling nourished and restored.
No experience required, and all are welcome.

What to bring: Please wear comfy warm clothes that are easy to move and relax in, yoga mats and all props are provided.

Cost: Use your existing CGM membership to purchase a complimentary ‘members pass’ or book using an existing class credit. If you’re new to CGM or want to purchase a casual pass to attend simply purchase and event pass for $30.
